Meta plans to introduce NFTs into Instagram

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta Inc., has stated that Instagram has plans to add non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to its application. “We’re working on introducing NFTs to Instagram in the near term,” Zuckerberg stated, according to Engadget.

According to a Financial Times article, Meta looks into ideas to allow users to make, promote, and trade NFTs on Facebook and Instagram.

The CEO of a technology business likewise expects that NFTs will play a part in the company’s future metaverse.

However, he did not elaborate on how Meta intends to incorporate NFT into its platforms. “Over the next few months, the ability to bring some of your NFTs in, maybe over time be able to mint things inside that environment,” said Zuckerberg.


ESA choses the team to extract the oxygen from the moon’s soil

The European Space Agency (ESA) has chosen the winning industry team for developing and building an experimental payload to recover oxygen from the moon’s soil.

Thales Alenia Space of the United Kingdom coordinates the team in developing a tiny solar-powered prototype device. The device will have to assess the feasibility of erecting oxygen-generation facilities on the moon.

The team’s tiny payload will have to collect between 50 and 100 grams of oxygen from the lunar regolith. While aiming to recover 70% of the accessible oxygen inside the sample.

Moreover, this might be beneficial for producing oxygen for use as a propellant and for astronauts to breathe.


Google adding a new feature to its Android app for deleting the last 15 mins search history

According to The Verge, Google has added a new feature to erase the last 15 minutes of your search history.

The feature was initially seen by former XDA Developers editor-in-chief Mishaal Rahman. Launch the Google Android app, hit your profile picture, and search for the “Delete last 15 minutes” option, to check if you have the feature.

“We’re actively rolling out this functionality on the Google app for Android. And anticipate it to be accessible to everyone using the app over the next few weeks,” Google spokesperson Ned Adriance told The Verge. “We’re still looking for methods to apply this useful functionality to additional surfaces.”


OnePlus: Rumours about new mid- range smartphone Nord 3

The performance of the 8100 processor is equal to that of the Dimensity 9000. This is a real flagship chipset expected to power phones such as the OnePlus 10R.
