Fanatical’s Dollar Collections Bundles on Steam: Classic Games and Franchises for $1
Fanatical, a third-party website, has created a series of bundles of classic game trilogies and franchises on Steam for just one dollar.
The bundles contain numerous franchises at a discount of up to 98%, with classic titles like Commandos, Leisure Suit Larry, and the Postal franchise packaged for exactly one dollar.
The Dollar Collections Bundles on Steam provide an opportunity for players looking for nostalgia or to experience essential aspects of gaming history to scoop up a wealth of classic titles for less than the price of a candy bar.
Fanatical has also included educational bundles with Kids Computing, Excel, and CAD/3D pocket packs also reduced to one dollar. There are games for everyone in Fanatical’s Dollar Collections Bundles, with a wide array of genres across multiple generations of gaming.
Steam is known for its discounts, with the platform offering sales for every season, celebration, holiday, or sometimes for no apparent reason at all.
For PC gamers, this can lead to filling their libraries with games they will never play, but some deals are too good to pass up. Some of the most controversial titles in gaming’s history are included in several of the bundles, such as the Leisure Suit Larry franchise and the notorious Postal collection of games.
Even if the purchased collection on Steam turns out to be a disappointment, the trivial cash amount at stake would seem worthwhile even if only to inform the buyer that the franchise or genre was not for them.
The bundles offer gamers the chance to fill out their gaming libraries or explore some of the most influential and controversial titles from the 90s and early aughts for next to nothing in terms of cost.
